Jane Birkin, the iconic British-born actor and singer, passed away at the age of 76 in Paris. Prime minister Élisabeth Borne remarked on Twitter that Birkin was “unforgettable, with a unique voice and charm.”
Birkin was discovered deceased in her Paris apartment by a nursing aide.
