The Continuing Display of the Palestinian Flag by Rep. Rashida Tlaib After the Hamas Attack on Israel
The celebration of the horrific and barbaric slaughter of Israeli citizens by Hamas has gained disturbing support among numerous individuals in our country (“Their evil views in plain sight,” Douglas Murray, Oct. 13).
Even the killing and mutilation of women and children, including innocent infants, fails to deter these individuals.
It is alarming that the supporters of these terrorists are unconcerned about the fact that some of the murdered and hostage victims also include American citizens.
Of particular note is Rep. Rashida Tlaib, who proudly displays a Palestinian flag outside her office in the Capitol building.
Additionally, it is deeply troubling that many universities, including Harvard, Columbia, NYU, and others, have seen enthusiastic support for these killers. Hopefully, potential donors to these institutions will take this into account.

Americans residing in the United States cannot rightfully criticize the actions of Israelis, as America itself is an occupied nation. The native Americans were never able to reclaim their land.
This hypocrisy is evident among members of The Squad, such as Reps. Tlaib, Cori Bush, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, as well as Sen. Bernie Sanders.

Tlaib is a part of The Squad and when approached by a reporter for comment, she refused to condemn the murder and beheading of babies. Instead, she silently entered an elevator.
Her proud display of a Palestinian flag outside her office raises an important question – if someone were to display a Nazi flag in the halls of Congress, it would be roundly condemned. So, why not a flag representing terrorism?
Hamas, with its genocidal ideology and warped version of Islam, aims to eradicate the Jewish people. It is essential that Americans wake up to this reality – the enemy is not at the gate, it is already within.

While we focus on cognitive acuity tests for the president, perhaps we should also consider administering morality tests to our elected officials.
Anyone who remains indifferent to the massacre in Israel and displays such amorality should not be representing our country.

Despite the massive atrocities committed by Hamas terrorists, including the brutal murder of innocent men, women (including the elderly), and children, and even the decapitation of babies in front of their parents, Sen. Bernie Sanders, an American Jew, condemns Israel’s retaliation.
Sanders is no different from Tlaib, who proudly exhibits her Palestinian flag outside her Capitol office and is known for her anti-Semitic remarks.
It is saddening and alarming to witness the rise of an anti-Semitic movement within the Democratic Party. It is another example of Democrats sticking together and failing to hold each other accountable for being on the wrong side of history.
Not only does it reek of bigotry and hatred, but it is also deeply troubling.

Tlaib is guilty of violating her oath of office and promoting the heinous act of genocide against the people of Israel. Her audacity is evident in her display of a Palestinian flag outside her office.
When confronted by a Fox News reporter about the acceptability of beheading babies and murdering innocent individuals, Tlaib remained silent, refusing to address the questions.
This individual, who is a disgrace to humanity, must be removed from office. The other members of The Squad who align themselves with Hamas, a murderous and soulless organization, should also face consequences. They go against everything that America stands for.
