Los Angeles Rams rookie wide receiver Puka Nacua has quickly made a name for himself in the NFL, and his emotions were evident as he listened to the national anthem before the game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
As “The Star-Spangled Banner” played and the “Monday Night Football” camera focused on him, Nacua appeared to be overwhelmed with emotion.

The fifth-round pick, Puka Nacua, has had an impressive debut season. Prior to the Bengals game, he already had 25 catches for 266 yards and had etched his name in the NFL record book.
Last week, Nacua set the record for the most receptions by a rookie in a single game with 15. This record was previously jointly held by Roy Helu of the Washington Football Team, Saquon Barkley of the New York Giants, and Najee Harris of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Nacua surpassed them with a 17-yard catch in the fourth quarter.
