Queen Máxima and King Willem-Alexander accompany niece Countess Luana to the Dutch Grand Prix as Princess Ariane starts a new school term

Queen Máxima and King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands, accompanied by their daughters Princess Amalia and Princess Alexia, attended the Grand Prix to support fellow Dutch citizen Max Verstappen. However, their youngest daughter, Princess Ariane, was not present as she recently started her studies at the United World College Adriatic in Italy. Countess Luana, the daughter of the late Prince Friso and Princess Mabel, joined the royal family for the outing.

Countess Luana looked effortlessly chic in a white frilled blouse and orange trousers, matching the style of her relatives. Princess Alexia opted for a stylish deep blue denim jumpsuit, which complemented her beautiful auburn hair styled in a bouncy blow-dry. Queen Máxima donned a dark linen jumpsuit with a tan leather jacket and sunglasses, while the King looked smart in a grey suit and blue shirt.

The Dutch royals exuded style as they cheered on Max Verstappen at the Dutch Grand Prix. Princess Amalia resembled her mother, wearing an all-blue ensemble paired with a dusty grey jacket for the event. The family arrived at the Zandvoort circuit with beaming smiles, enjoying their day out together.

Meanwhile, Princess Ariane began her International Baccalaureate studies at the United World College Adriatic in Italy. The Dutch Palace shared a photo of her looking happy and radiant as she started her new term. Ariane wore white linen trousers, a striped tank top, and accessorized with silver hoop earrings and an embellished necklace. The palace requested privacy for Ariane and her family during this time.

While many royals have attended the United World College of the Atlantic in Wales, Princess Ariane chose the sister school in Italy. The school boasts an impressive list of royal alumni, including her father King Willem-Alexander and Princess Elisabeth of Belgium. Founded by Kurt Hahn in 1926, the school aims to promote mutual understanding among students from over 150 countries.
