According to Fox News, Kohberger’s attorney informed the judge, “Your honor, we are standing silent,” indicating that the defendant did not want to take a stance on guilt or innocence. This action is equivalent to a not-guilty plea, resulting in the judge entering a plea of not guilty on Kohberger’s behalf.
