NFL tight end Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift may have a budding romance. Swift was spotted in Kelce’s family suite at the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Chicago Bears.
The singer was shown cheering on the Chiefs during the FOX Sports broadcast, wearing a red and white team jacket. She appeared to be sitting next to Donna Kelce, Travis Kelce’s mom, and they were seen chatting and laughing throughout the game at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
Swift’s show of support follows weeks of speculation about a romantic connection between her and Kelce. Although they have not confirmed anything publicly, Kelce expressed amusement about the attention on Swift and him in a recent interview with ESPN.
Kelce compared the speculation to a game of telephone, with everyone whispering and spreading rumors. He emphasized that nobody knows the truth of the situation.
The rumors started when Kelce mentioned on his podcast, “New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce,” that he tried to give Swift his phone number through a friendship bracelet during one of her concerts.
However, Kelce found out that Swift doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she needs to save her voice for her performances. He jokingly expressed disappointment about not being able to give her one of the bracelets he made.
Kelce hinted at making another move, saying, “I threw the ball in her court and told her, ‘I’ve seen you rock the stage in Arrowhead. You might have to come see me rock the stage in Arrowhead and see which one’s a little more lit.'”
He added, “We’ll see what happens in the near future.”
