Pete Davidson, Comedian, Faces Reckless Driving Charges Following Beverly Hills Crash

Popular comedian and former “Saturday Night Live” cast member Pete Davidson has been charged with misdemeanor reckless driving after a bizarre incident in Beverly Hills. On March 4th, Davidson allegedly lost control of his Mercedes-Benz, crashing into a house near Rodeo Drive. Fortunately, no one was hurt in the crash, which occurred around 11 p.m.

TMZ reported that Davidson’s girlfriend, actress Chase Sui Wonders, was also in the car at the time of the incident.

The 29-year-old comedian is set to be arraigned on July 27th, according to the District Attorney’s Office. In a statement, they said, “We firmly believe that Mr. Davidson engaged in reckless driving, leading to this serious collision with a home. Luckily, there were no serious injuries. However, we cannot ignore the rising number of traffic fatalities in Los Angeles, which is why it is crucial to take allegations of reckless driving seriously and hold individuals accountable.”
