In other matches, Stefanos Tsitsipas defeated Milos Raonic, Casper Ruud triumphed over Emilio Nava after a hard-fought battle, Frances Tiafoe advanced with a comfortable victory over Learner Tien, and Taylor Fritz dominated against Steve Johnson. However, there was an upset as 15th seed Felix Auger Aliassime was defeated by Mackenzie McDonald.
