Situated on the prestigious Jupiter Island, Saban, widely recognized as the highest-paid coach in college sports, finalized the sale of this magnificent property just last month. Notably, the estate’s value has nearly doubled since its previous transaction in 2014, when it was sold for $9.2 million, reflecting the high demand for properties in this area.
Spanning an impressive 6,200 square feet, the residence sits on a spacious 1.7-acre plot of land, offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the majestic Atlantic Ocean from the front yard, with tranquil vistas of the Indian River in the rear. “This property spans ocean to Intracoastal, which is very rare,” remarked Joanne Wagner of Corcoran, who co-listed the property with Susan Turner (both declined to comment further for this article). “With no commercial businesses on the island, this is just a wonderful place to be. We have a lot of high-profile people here, but it’s all very low-key, not flashy at all,” she added, highlighting the exclusive and discreet nature of this exceptional location.
