Three-Legged Bear Enjoys White Claw Hard Seltzers from Florida Home’s Patio Refrigerator
A family in Florida had an extraordinary encounter captured on their home security system. They found a three-legged bear helping himself to some refreshing White Claw hard seltzers from their outdoor fridge. Josaury Faneite-Diglio, a resident of Lake Mary, Florida, received an alert from her home security system indicating movement near the garage. Curious, she checked the footage and spotted the bear. However, something fascinating caught her attention – the bear only had three legs.
This unique creature, known as Tripod in the neighborhood, has become a familiar sight for locals. Despite his distinctive feature, Tripod is harmless. Faneite-Diglio explained, “We understand that wildlife, including deers, snakes, coyotes, and bears, share this habitat with us. We respect them and give them their space.”
Faneite-Diglio immediately called her son, who was already aware of the situation due to their dog, Bruno, barking. The home security cameras captured Tripod leisurely roaming around the yard, with Faneite-Diglio’s son filming from inside. They managed to record the bear opening the outdoor fridge and reaching for the White Claw seltzers. She added, “Given the scorching Florida heat, it seems like Tripod needed a refreshing drink, and he chose the White Claws.”
After Tripod left, photographs revealed that he had even approached their fish tank and helped himself to some fish food. It appeared that the resourceful bear also opened another fridge containing a keg and took out three cans of White Claw hard seltzers. Faneite-Diglio mentioned that Tripod managed to enjoy the drink by puncturing a hole in at least one can.
