On July 1, Magalona shared her affirmation: “Life is good and it’s only getting better.”
“Wholeheartedly and sincerely affirm this statement every day for the rest of the year, and witness the magical improvement in your life each day,” she advised.
As a life coach and yoga instructress, Magalona emphasizes that affirmations are effective only when combined with clearing and transforming negative energy.
“You can speak all the positive words in the world, but if your mind and body hold onto negative energy in the form of thoughts and pain, your desires will not manifest,” she explained, quoting the age-old saying, “With God is mercy, with man is action.”
“To receive blessings in this lifetime, it’s essential to BE a blessing to the world,” she stressed, urging everyone to strive towards becoming good and kind human beings in order to attract positive karma.
Last Saturday, Magalona went live on Instagram, where she discussed her #SweetSoulSunday sunset meditation series for the month of July. Interested individuals were encouraged to reserve their slots by sending a direct message to @meditatewithmaxene.
On the same day, Magalona emphasized the importance of doing “the inner work” to avoid relying on external sources for fulfillment.
“We are already whole even without the external trappings of this world. Instead of seeking validation from the outside, we must address what is within us,” she said.
“It’s the first of July, a new month filled with hope and energy. I encourage you to embark on the journey of self-improvement, both internally and externally, so that you can experience healing and become a higher, more conscious version of yourself by year-end,” she concluded.
