In a heartfelt Instagram post, the iconic pop singer shares her appreciation for the love and care she received from her family and friends.

Madonna shares photos of herself with her children, David Banda and Lourdes Leon, marking a month since her release from the hospital.

She reflects on the support she received and how it made all the difference in her recovery:

“As a mother, it’s easy to get caught up in the needs of your children. But my children showed up for me in ways I had never seen before. Their love and support, along with the love from my friends, truly made all the difference.”

Madonna specifically thanks her talent manager and producer, Guy Oseary, for a sentimental gift — a framed Polaroid of Keith Haring wearing a jacket with Michael Jackson’s face. She acknowledges the significance of the gift and expresses her gratitude for being alive and for knowing amazing people like Haring, Warhol, and Jackson.

Haring and Warhol were both influential artists who passed away, while Jackson was a legendary singer who left this world too soon.

Madonna concludes her post by expressing gratitude to her angels who protected her and allowed her to continue her work.
