Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton goes even further and believes that the development should at least lead to an impeachment inquiry targeting Attorney General Merrick Garland.
Ultimately, Hunter Biden pleaded not guilty because Judge Noreika could not accept the plea deal as it was presented. She expressed concerns about the constitutionality of the diversion deal related to the felony gun charge.
