Next month, the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon will host two job recruitment fairs, offering employment opportunities in various positions.
The first hiring event will take place on August 1, followed by another fair on August 15. Both events will be held from 10 a.m. to noon in the resort’s Marketplace food court.
According to Richard St. Jean, the Chief Operating Officer of the resort, these job fairs provide a chance to work with a world-class organization that values service, growth, and community. The resort is particularly interested in meeting candidates who have previous hospitality experience and share their commitment to exceeding guests’ expectations.
Similar recruitment drives were recently held with the aim of filling approximately 70 positions. These roles include cashiers, housekeepers, restaurant hosts, and technicians.
Specifically, there are job openings in the food hall that was launched just over a year ago. The menus in the food hall are created by renowned celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani.
St. Jean emphasized that the resort provides competitive wages and benefits, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance options for full-time team members and their dependents. Additionally, the jobs offer 401K retirement plans and vacation time.
