Jana Kramer Accuses Miranda Lambert of Being ‘Somewhat Disrespectful’ Due to Concert Selfie Incident

Jana Kramer expressed her opinion that Miranda Lambert acted “kind of rude” towards a group of fans who were taking selfies during her concert. On her “Whine Down” podcast, Kramer, a 39-year-old country singer, acknowledged that while some people attend concerts solely to listen to music, it’s also a place for having fun. She believes Lambert should have been more understanding in this situation, as the fans were simply trying to capture memories of the concert.

Kramer mentioned that she enjoys it when fans take selfies during her own shows, as it allows them to remember the experience and enjoy themselves. She suggested that even if fans were taking pictures without her in the background, it would be fine with her.

The expectant mother, engaged to former soccer player Allan Russell, noted that the women who were targeted by Lambert were well-dressed and likely spent a significant amount of money on their tickets. She felt that Lambert’s actions were unnecessary and bordered on bullying, given that the singer had the microphone and could easily make such comments.

Kramer isn’t the only celebrity to criticize Lambert for her behavior. LL Cool J also laughed at the idea of reprimanding fans for taking selfies during his own shows, jokingly saying that they can do whatever they want, including eating potato salad or taking Polaroids.

The incident involving Lambert occurred during one of her concerts at her Las Vegas residency, where she briefly interrupted her song “Tin Man” to call out a group of women for taking photos. While some fans supported Lambert’s actions, others left the show. One of the women reprimanded by Lambert expressed her dismay at the incident, feeling like she was being scolded by a teacher. She emphasized that they were simply trying to take a quick picture.

Lambert later addressed the controversy during a subsequent show, expressing admiration for a concertgoer wearing a T-shirt that said “Shoot Tequila, Not Selfies.” She jokingly denied being the one who made the comment.

It’s important to note that Fox News Digital has reached out to Kramer’s representative for further comment on the matter.
