Court documents obtained by PEOPLE reveal that the alleged incident took place at a New York City restaurant where the woman and her friend approached Foxx for a photo, after which he allegedly made inappropriate comments and physically assaulted her. The lawsuit was filed on the final day to file cases under the Adult Survivors Act and seeks damages for pain and suffering, economic loss, and punitive damages.
