Sangare, an Ivory Coast international, had attracted interest from several European clubs during the summer but ultimately chose to sign a five-year contract with City Ground.
Having joined PSV from Toulouse in 2020, Sangare distinguished himself with 140 appearances for the Dutch club, scoring 15 goals and providing 10 assists.
