A man named Jose Quezada, aged 46, was tragically killed in a shooting near the Wilmington Recreation Center. The incident took place around 10:10 p.m. on Thursday at the intersection of Bay View Avenue and D Street, as reported by the Los Angeles Police Department.

Jose Quezada, a resident of Carson, was attending a Summer Night Lights event at the recreation center when the shooting occurred. The suspects, two unidentified males wearing dark clothing, are currently being sought by the police.
