As the founder of the Oppenheim Group and a central figure on two reality shows (Selling Sunset and Selling the O.C.), Oppenheim often deals with drama and conflict among agents, both on and off camera.
When it comes to resolving conflicts among cast members, Oppenheim has learned not to take the lead. He believes that sometimes it’s best to let things play out and simply listen, rather than always providing answers. This approach has helped him protect his relationships even when there is tension. One heated exchange occurs at Chelsea Lazkani’s birthday party, where Stause confronts Young about calling her a social climber. Tempers flare again when Oppenheim assigns Young to work on Stause’s listing while she recovers from surgery.
