Tomorrow marks the arrival of Combined Arms, the first Operation in Halo Infinite! From November 14 to December 19, Operation: Combined Arms will be active, offering a free 20-tier Operation Pass that comes with new customization rewards. In addition to the free pass, players can expect to see the iconic Mjolnir Mark V armor from Halo: CE and a selection of classic maps from Halo 3.
The Combined Arms Operation Pass includes 20 tiers of free customization rewards, along with new armor and vehicle coatings, emblems, and visors. This pass is the first of many to come and is designed to address feedback from players about the limited availability of rewards in previous events. The pass can be progressed with Match XP and can be purchased at any point.
In addition to the free pass, players have the option to purchase premium upgrade options, each of which comes with exclusive bonus customization items. These upgrades offer additional rewards and benefits during the Operation’s live window.
The Combined Arms update also brings seven Halo 3 maps recreated in Forge to Halo Infinite’s new matchmaking playlist. This nostalgic addition includes maps like High Ground, Construct, and Guardian, which players can explore in the game.
A new Waypoint Chronicle is expected to be released alongside Combined Arms later this month, featuring an engaging short story that will be available as a free PDF and in audiobook format on YouTube.
Furthermore, the CE Mark V armor kit, released in celebration of Halo’s upcoming birthday, is now available for purchase in the Shop. This bundle includes the Combat Evolved Mark V armor kit, multi-use armor coatings, and an Aurum Evolved visor.
To top it all off, players can look forward to unlocking the latest Ultimate Reward: AAP/Ordnance Pack Oscar for their Mark V [B] armor by completing all of their Challenges this week. With so much to look forward to in Halo Infinite, players are encouraged to make the most of the new Operation, the refreshed Halo 3 playlist, and the exciting new customization options.
