GREG GUTFELD: Surprising Endorsement – Biden, Garland, and DOJ Back Trump for President

Introducing an audio feature for Fox News articles! Happy Wednesday to all. What an eventful night, right? In a surprising turn of events, Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, the DOJ, and special prosecutor Jack Smith have endorsed none other than Donald Trump for president. It’s almost as if they elected him outright. The indictment against Trump is so weak and clearly politically motivated that it’s bound to rally every Trump supporter like the aroma of funnel cake at a stock car race. It’s as hollow as a turkey carcass in Joy Behar’s trash can. Even Brian Stelter has a better chance at winning a wet T-shirt contest than there is substance in this indictment. Save yourself the trouble of reading it – I’ll give you the gist. Donald Trump simply disagreed with the election outcome. Disappointing, isn’t it? But hey, these are Democrats we’re talking about – they don’t have to put in much effort when the media provides them cover. CNN analyst shocks anchor with his comparison of Trump’s indictment to killing Osama bin Laden.

Now, let’s not forget about the second part of this story – The Hunter and Joe show. It’s all a diversion to hide the real news. The DOJ and Jack Smith seem to believe that Trump’s thought crimes are more dangerous than the Biden clan’s international racketeering activities. Instead of going after actual crimes, they focus on thought crimes. If thought crimes were punishable, we’d all be in trouble. Our beloved Kat would be on death row, complaining about wearing orange. But fortunately, we don’t engage in thought crimes in this country – we’re not Canada. The reason the First Amendment is the first is because it makes us exceptional as a nation, along with our ice machines. It allows us to think and express even objectionable ideas. Like when someone says, “I love Brian Kilmeade,” it may be wrong and disgusting, but we can’t arrest them for it. The same principle applies to Donald Trump. And if it doesn’t, then you could be next. Trump merely endorsed a protest at the White House on January 6th. Things got out of hand that day, with a bunch of troublemakers storming the Capitol and stealing Nancy Pelosi’s laptop. By the way, if anyone happens to have a copy of that hard drive, imagine the valuable information it contains. But just because he endorsed the protest, it doesn’t make him responsible for the actions of a shaman with a horned hat. Even Judge Jeanine wouldn’t convict, and she’s known for her strict stance on sideburns.

Let’s face it, if endorsing that protest makes Trump guilty, then most Democrats should be behind bars as well. Remember the “summer of love” in 2020? There were at least 25 deaths, $2 billion in damages, a federal courthouse set on fire, and a police station destroyed. And Kamala Harris’s response? Promoting a bail fund and asking for donations. Isn’t setting fire to a federal courthouse and attacking the White House similar to obstructing official proceedings? One of the charges against Trump is obstructing official proceedings, or “oops” for short. Yes, you heard that right – Donald Trump is charged with two counts of “oops.” It’s almost as serious as one count of “woops.” Legally, it’s known as stacking charges, similar to what Nadler does with his pens. But in simpler terms, it’s complete nonsense. They throw everything they have at him, but Biden just banned kitchen sinks.

Consider the charge of conspiracy against rights. Jack Smith, who resembles a wild-eyed professor with a BLM bumper sticker and permanent library breath, had to reach back to the Civil War era to find this charge. It was a law created to prevent the Ku Klux Klan from suppressing the black vote in the late 19th century. This is a bigger stretch than when Tyrus attempts yoga. What will Smith charge Trump with next? Felony witchcraft or casting spells? Maybe we should throw Trump in the Potomac to see if he sinks or floats. Meanwhile, the liberal judge randomly assigned to oversee the case has sent all 11 defendants from January 6th to prison, even when prosecutors didn’t seek prison time for some of them.

And the media just swallows it all without question. They can’t be seen attacking free speech, so they label it as something else. In the end, Stacey Abrams, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, and Joe Biden have all denied electoral outcomes. Even Barack Obama challenged his opponent’s ballot access signatures in Illinois. There is no evidence in this indictment that Trump did anything more than that – simply denying the outcome.

Our justice system currently operates like a Tijuana traffic court. This indictment is really about the next election. It’s easier to win a case against a Republican in New York and D.C. than to engage in ballot harvesting. But this sends a clear message that there will never be another Trump or anyone like him. By waiting for the Archer news to come out, they exposed their own tactics. They went too far because they believed they could.

If you step back and view this story from the outside, you’ll see that it’s just a political machine trying to crush its challengers. I won’t tell you how to vote, but I believe Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, the DOJ, and Jack Smith have unintentionally shown their true colors.
