‘General Hospital’ actress Haley Pullos makes a courtroom appearance concerning felony DUI charges

“General Hospital” star Haley Pullos recently made an appearance in a Los Angeles court for her latest hearing concerning her DUI arrest in April. The 25-year-old actress made a fashion statement with a short blue-green dress adorned with transparent sleeves and white heels as she emerged from the LA-area courthouse on Wednesday. Notably, Pullos wore a brace on her right ankle, presumably due to the injuries sustained in her April crash.

During court proceedings, Judge Terry Smerling decided to postpone the case until October, according to confirmation from the victim’s lawyer to Fox News Digital. Pullos faces a felony DUI charge for an incident on April 29, where she allegedly drove in the wrong direction on State Route 134 in Pasadena at around 1:30 a.m., resulting in a collision with another vehicle.

Pullos’ car was extricated by the Pasadena City Fire Department using the Jaws of Life, as informed by the California Highway Patrol to Fox News Digital at the time. Reports state that Pullos used crutches during her court appearance in July.

Furthermore, Pullos is currently facing a lawsuit filed by Courtney Wilder, the driver of the car she allegedly collided with. Court documents claim that Pullos was driving in a “dangerously and recklessly” intoxicated state, influenced by both alcohol and marijuana.

As for her legal battle, Pullos has pleaded not guilty to all charges, as reported by the Los Angeles Times. In the meantime, Molly Lansing-Davis, the character Pullos portrays on “General Hospital,” has been temporarily portrayed by another actor.

In an effort to seek comments on these legal matters, Fox News Digital has reached out to representatives of Pullos.
