Floral Bridgerton Range Helps Primark Thrive in Summer Season

Primark Profits Soar as Bridgerton-Inspired Range Flies off Shelves

Primark has experienced a surge in profit thanks to strong demand for its summer clothing range, which includes items inspired by the popular Netflix series, Bridgerton.

According to Primark executives, floral bodices and chemises influenced by the Regency-era show have been flying off the shelves. The range has proved popular not only for daywear but also as nightwear for parties and events like weddings.

Particularly in demand are corsets priced at £12 and a £20 nightie. As a result of this increased sales activity, Primark’s revenue for the three months ending May 27 rose by 13% to £2 billion. The overall group revenues of Primark’s owner, Associated British Foods (ABF), also increased by 16% to £4.7 billion.
