Exposing the Biden Family Coverup: Unveiling the Money Trail

Follow the money—it’s the first lesson in white-collar prosecution. However, there are serious concerns about whether David Weiss, the recently appointed “special prosecutor” leading the investigation into Hunter Biden’s corruption, actually did that. If Weiss failed to follow the money, it could be a greater crime than anything Donald Trump has done. In fact, white-collar attorneys believe it suggests a major cover-up at the highest levels of the US government since Watergate.

The most damaging evidence on Hunter’s laptop isn’t the scandalous photos, but rather the paper trail of his numerous business entities that were used to exploit his connections with shady foreign partners. Hunter made a significant amount of money by presenting himself as an expert in various industries, leveraging his last name and his access to his powerful father, Sleepy Joe Biden. It should be a prosecutor’s dream—a troublesome and well-connected son of a prominent politician running suspicious multimillion-dollar businesses and receiving large sums of money from China, Ukraine, Russia, and who knows where else.

The case caught the attention of the FBI after Hunter’s laptop was turned over to them. Joe Biden, who was the vice president at the time, was investigating corruption in Ukraine while Hunter was involved with the Ukrainian oil company Burisma, which itself was under investigation for bribery. Emails from Hunter suggest that he needs to pay off his father, known as the “Big Guy,” after completing deals. Banks are always wary of money laundering and suspicious schemes. In this case, Hunter’s activities left a long paper trail due to the large amounts of money involved. Major banks closely monitor transactions above $10,000, especially those involving foreign entities, under various laws.

However, the conclusion to all of this is a suspicious and lenient plea deal offered by Weiss, where Hunter pleads guilty to failure to pay taxes and gun charges. This has raised doubts among high-level white-collar lawyers, including former prosecutors, who suspect that Weiss didn’t even take the basic steps to trace the money trail, as the outcome seems lackluster. They believe that bank records should have been subpoenaed between Hunter and his shady associates around the world. Furthermore, they suggest looking into the president’s bank records for possible kickbacks related to influence peddling.

Why would Weiss go easy on the Bidens? That’s a good question. Weiss was appointed as US Attorney for Delaware, the Bidens’ home state, by Trump. However, he now works for Joe Biden’s attorney general, Merrick Garland. The political landscape in Washington can lead to strange alliances. James Comey, the former FBI Director who has shown disdain for Trump, was once a Republican. With these questions in mind, an attempt was made to reach out to Weiss, but there was no response. Fortunately, a federal judge recently rejected Weiss’s plea deal, finding it suspicious. Unfortunately, Garland has given Weiss a second chance as a “special prosecutor,” allowing him to investigate what he may have missed in his previous four-year probe.

Thankfully, the GOP gained control of the House in the midterms, and Rep. James Comer, who heads the Oversight Committee, is conducting an investigation that has uncovered interesting details about Joe Biden’s involvement in Hunter’s questionable business affairs. Testimony from Devon Archer, a former associate of Hunter, suggests that Joe Biden knew more about Hunter’s activities than he claimed, as he was participating in calls with foreign individuals from whom Hunter sought funding. Comer plans to subpoena bank records, both Hunter’s and the president’s, to uncover what the Justice Department may have missed or ignored.
