When Corcoran purchased the trailer about five years ago, it was not yet on the market for another year. However, she managed to convince the previous owner to sell it to her immediately. In exchange, the previous owner could use the home any time she wanted, free of charge. Corcoran explains that this is typically how she closes most of her real estate deals.

I always feel like it’s almost living large… I mean, I feel like I use every inch of the space.
