However, all of this luxury comes with a hefty price tag.
According to CNN, membership initiation fees for Shell Bay total $1 million. In comparison, Georgia’s prestigious Augusta National Golf Club charges fees ranging from $250,000 to $500,000. As reported by Golf Digest, Shell Bay also includes a 20-story residential tower with 108 units, ranging in price from $3 million to $11 million. Designed by Witkoff Group and PPG Development, this private community is aimed at those who appreciate the finer things in life. It seeks to redefine elite clubs and offer bespoke residences, as well as elevated wellness and leisure opportunities, according to the Herald. Witkoff Group Co-CEO Alex Witkoff describes Shell Bay as a “generational opportunity” to create the first new private course in the area in 25 years, adding that golf is currently in high demand in the Miami market.
