In addition to his balanced diet, Mirabile takes his own longevity supplements, omega-3s, a vitamin B complex, and a multivitamin. He occasionally uses melatonin and chamomile tea with valerian extract to aid sleep.
Recognizing the importance of exercise and sleep for overall well-being, Mirabile works out six days a week, combining cardio and strength training to challenge his body and keep it guessing. He prioritizes getting at least eight hours of sleep per night and tracks his sleep patterns using wearable devices. Mirabile also employs various strategies to optimize his sleep environment, such as wearing an eye mask, using earplugs, and implementing wifi-connected light bulbs that create a relaxing atmosphere before bed.
