Last sold in January 2003 for $580,000, this house resurfaced on the market in September 2022 after two decades. However, the owners promptly removed it from sale. According to records, the sellers were unwilling to part with their beloved home due to the inability to find a suitable replacement property that matched its unique charm and characteristics, as stated by Scott Histed, the listing agent from Bennion Deville Homes.
Fortunately, circumstances have changed, and the house has recently reappeared on the MLS in September of this year with an asking price of $2.798 million. In early October, the price was reduced by 11% to encourage a quick sale, as explained by Histed.
