“It’s Showtime” host Kim Chiu enthusiastically shared a glimpse of her luxurious rest house in Tagaytay, which she lovingly refers to as her “fruit of labor” and her “safe haven.”
In a recent Instagram post, Chiu showcased her modern four-story house that she first introduced on December 31, 2021. The house has a spacious layout and is perched atop a hill with a stunning view of the Taal Volcano.
“I am truly excited to reveal my fruit of labor to all of you! As promised, I will take you to my rest house where I poured all my blood, sweat, and tears. To achieve our dreams, we must work hard,” she said in her vlog, which can be found on her YouTube channel.
Chiu explained that this place has become her refuge whenever she needs to recharge and take a break from her hectic schedule.
The house itself features glass panels, a balcony, and a canopied ceiling that was added during its renovation in December 2021. It also includes a small pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a lounge area.
“This is where I recharge myself. It’s like being away from the city, where I can rest and breathe fresh air,” she added.
While giving a tour of the house’s exterior, Chiu expressed her joy in finally fulfilling her dream of building a house close to nature.
“This is one of my dreams, and I’m very happy that it has come true. It’s not impossible for someone to dream big, as long as you’re willing to work for it. Never underestimate the power of your dreams. Dream big, dream hard. Once you manifest it and keep it in your mind, it becomes your motivation, and it will definitely happen,” she said.
