Details of Mark Zuckerberg’s daily 4,000-calorie intake and indulgent McDonald’s order uncovered

Mark Zuckerberg is making some interesting choices when it comes to his diet and fitness routine. The CEO of Meta recently revealed that he’s consuming a whopping 4,000 calories a day from McDonald’s in order to offset all the physical activity he’s doing as part of his new fitness regime. Zuckerberg took to Threads, his latest platform designed to rival X (formerly known as Twitter), to share his favorite items on the fast food chain’s menu. His go-to order includes 20 nuggets, a quarter pounder, large fries, Oreo McFlurry, apple pie, and maybe some side cheeseburgers for later.

However, not everyone is on board with Zuckerberg’s food choices. UFC Fighter Mike Davis called him out, stating that he shouldn’t be eating McDonald’s while in training camp. Zuckerberg responded by explaining that he needs the high calorie intake to fuel his activities and that the food is simply delicious.

Zuckerberg has been seriously committed to his fitness routine, which includes three to four jujitsu and MMA sessions per week, along with strength, conditioning, and mobility workouts. His McDonald’s order is part of his daily calorie intake strategy to maintain his energy levels.

This intense fitness regimen is also in preparation for a potential cage fight with rival billionaire Elon Musk. Musk expressed his willingness to engage in a cage fight with Zuckerberg via a tweet in June. Zuckerberg responded by asking Musk to provide the location. To prepare for this potential match, Zuckerberg has even built an octagon in his backyard, much to the confusion of his wife Priscilla Chan.

Zuckerberg’s dedication to martial arts is evident in his recent Instagram post, where he showed off his ripped physique alongside MMA fighters Israel Adesanya and Alex Volkanovski. This post was seen as a nod to his potential match with Musk. On the other hand, Musk has been training with renowned jiu-jitsu practitioner Lex Friedman and UFC icon Georges St-Pierre.

Although it’s uncertain whether the fight will actually happen, the rivalry between Musk and Zuckerberg continues to play out in the digital arena. But for now, Zuckerberg remains focused on his fitness journey and continues to push himself to new heights, both mentally and physically.
