The CCDH’s lawyer argues that these meetings demonstrate the organization’s willingness to engage with social media companies and participate in discussions on trust and safety, emphasizing that its work involves multiple tech executives and is not solely focused on X.
Despite facing criticism from Musk and GOP lawmakers, the CCDH remains determined and committed to its mission of combating online hate. Ahmed stated that the organization views the X lawsuit as a validation of its efforts and plans to continue its work with even more determination.
