Larkin added to Detroit’s lead with a power-play goal at 5:08, making it 4-2.
Detroit’s power-play success against Boston’s strong penalty kill was notable, going 2-for-6. Red Wings coach Derek Lalonde praised the team for their resilience and the momentum gained from the power play.
