Courageous IRS Whistleblowers Take a Stand Against the Bidens and DOJ

In an era teeming with political corruption, the significance of two honorable men who are willing to testify under oath and reveal the truth cannot be overstated. Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, two distinguished IRS agents, risked their reputations to shed light on the egregious misconduct that took place within the Department of Justice, ultimately leading to the destruction of their five-year investigation into Hunter Biden. Their unwavering integrity is a rarity in the political landscape of Washington, D.C., and serves as a powerful rebuke to the cowardice displayed by those within the IRS, DOJ, and FBI who have remained silent about this scandalous cover-up akin to Watergate. The compelling testimony they provided and the evidence they will continue to present to Congress effectively dismantle Joe Biden’s repeated claims of ignorance regarding his son Hunter’s international business dealings. It is becoming increasingly apparent that not only was Joe Biden aware of these dealings, but there is mounting evidence suggesting his direct involvement in the illicit influence-peddling scheme orchestrated by his son and brother, Jim Biden, during his tenure as vice president. The House Oversight committee’s upcoming testimony by Hunter’s business partner, Devon Archer, is expected to shed further light on the extent of the president’s involvement in his son’s dubious business meetings with foreign entities. Shockingly, according to Shapley and Ziegler, the IRS and FBI investigative team in Delaware, tasked with scrutinizing Hunter Biden’s business affairs between 2014 and 2019, received explicit instructions from prosecutors not to pursue any leads that would implicate Joe Biden. They were prohibited from questioning witnesses about the “Big Guy,” who has been identified as the former VP. Moreover, they were denied the ability to obtain search warrants for a cottage situated on Joe Biden’s property. Their efforts to search a storage unit belonging to Hunter were sabotaged when a prosecutor alerted the individuals’ lawyers. Additionally, they were forbidden from interviewing Joe Biden’s grandchildren, who were recipients of funds being investigated for tax purposes. They were even denied the opportunity to verify Hunter’s claim, made in a WhatsApp message to a Chinese business associate, about sitting alongside his father inquiring about an unpaid sum of money. Astonishingly, the whistleblowers assert that they were prohibited from geolocating Hunter to verify the veracity of this message. The IRS and FBI team were also denied access to a laptop in the possession of the FBI, which presumably contained a trove of information that could have greatly assisted their investigation. In a final act of obstruction, when Shapley and an FBI supervisory agent traveled to California in December 2020 to interview Hunter, someone at FBI headquarters alerted Joe Biden’s transition team and the Secret Service, consequently sabotaging their efforts. As a result, Shapley never had the opportunity to interview Hunter, and his team’s plans to interview 11 out of the 12 witnesses were thwarted. The common thread running through the Hunter Biden scandal is Joe Biden himself, as The Post has consistently highlighted since the initial coverage of this debacle. It is only due to Joe Biden’s involvement in an international influence-peddling scheme stretching across multiple countries, including China, Ukraine, Romania, Russia, and Kazakhstan, that an unemployed recovering addict like Hunter Biden continues to garner attention. Ziegler, who meticulously traced the flow of money, testified that a total of $17.3 million in foreign income poured through various shell companies to Hunter and his associates, including Jim Biden. A breakdown of the funds reveals $3.1 million from Romania, $3 million from State Energy HK in China (affiliated with the Chinese Communist party-backed CEFC energy company), $3.7 million from CEFC-affiliated Hudson West III (also in China), and $6.5 million from corrupt energy corporation Burisma in Ukraine. Of the $17.3 million, Hunter himself received $8.3 million, with the remainder distributed among immediate family members and associates. Shapley discredited the Democrats’ claims that he was an embittered investigator upset by the fact that prosecutors determined there wasn’t a viable case. Democratic Representative Ro Khanna went so far as to compare Shapley to Inspector Javert, the antagonist from “Les Misérables,” who unjustly imprisoned individuals over minor offenses. However, Shapley made it clear that numerous individuals within the DOJ, including two assistant U.S. attorneys, two DOJ tax attorneys, DOJ Tax Deputy Assistant Attorney General Stuart Goldberg, and U.S. Attorney David Weiss, were involved in the investigation since its inception, possessing full knowledge of the evidence and endorsing the prosecution of felony charges in both Washington, D.C., and the Central District of California. Tragically, the DOJ intentionally sabotaged the case in ways that are still being uncovered, allowing the statute of limitations to expire on the most serious charges. Hunter received a mere slap on the wrist through a plea deal, pleading guilty to two misdemeanors, and has yet to repay his outstanding tax debt in full. Faced with these irrefutable truths, the Democrats on the committee resorted to panicked tactics reminiscent of clowns, diverting attention by bringing up irrelevant issues such as racial inequities and baselessly linking everything back to Donald Trump. In stark contrast, Shapley and Ziegler emerged as honest and sincere individuals, driven by a sense of duty. For Shapley, the fundamental principle at stake is the fair application of justice, highlighting the countless honest taxpayers who view this hearing as a monumental moment, full of significance, as they diligently pay their taxes while observing someone who flagrantly disregards the same obligations. Ziegler emphasized the importance of holding accountable those responsible for repeatedly ignoring proper protocols over the past five years. These two men, who defy partisan divisions, are true American heroes. Their immense sacrifices have the potential to rectify the deeply corrupt state of affairs in the nation.
