Colin Kaepernick Draws Bold Comparison between NFL and Slavery – Is He Crazy?

Listen to Fox News articles! It’s been seven long years, and former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick is still desperately hoping for a return to the league. But it’s not going to happen. Not interested.

Even Google, the mighty search engine, describes him as an “American civil rights activist,” not a quarterback. Times have changed, my friends. Kaepernick had a less than impressive season in 2015 and ended up getting injured. And let’s not forget the infamous 2016 preseason game against Green Bay where he refused to stand for the national anthem. That’s when everything went downhill.

He had the audacity to criticize the nation that had made him a millionaire. “I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses Black people and people of color,” he declared. And so, he went from sitting to kneeling during the anthem, sparking a division between the league and its fans as other players joined in.

But that was just the beginning of his foolishness. He went on to depict police as pigs and even attacked his own adoptive parents. Believe it or not, he accused them of perpetuating “racism” simply because they didn’t like his cornrow hairstyle. How classy of him. And let’s not forget his outrageous claim that the NFL draft was like slavery. He’s really outdone himself this time.

Now he wants back in the league as an “elite QB option.” He’s even written a letter to the Jets, pleading for a chance to join their practice squad. But come on, Colin, it’s been seven years. The NFL has moved on, and so have the fans. No one wants the drama that you would bring.

And let’s not forget his recent antics. He started a publishing operation and released a book calling for the abolition of the police and prisons. Like that’s going to solve anything. And don’t get me started on his anti-American Fourth of July message. Blaming the nation and accusing it of white supremacy? Give me a break.

The truth is, Kaepernick is a fading figure in American culture. The media may love him for his anti-American rants, but the NFL and the fans have had enough. There are plenty of talented Black quarterbacks in the league who don’t spend their time protesting. They focus on their game and thank the Lord for their success.

So, Colin, sorry to break it to you, but your latest stunt is just another incomplete pass. The NFL doesn’t want you, no team wants the distractions you would bring, and the fans won’t forgive or forget what you did. And why should they?
