Chelsea is set to secure the signature of Cole Palmer with a seven-year contract, offering an additional eighth year option, following a successful medical.
The 21-year-old winger has completed the initial phase of his medical assessment, paving the way for his move to Stamford Bridge under the guidance of Mauricio Pochettino.
Manchester City accepted a £45m offer for Palmer’s transfer on Wednesday, with the deal expected to be finalized on Friday.
