Aug. 11 (UPI) — Chris Hemsworth is celebrating a major milestone as he turns 40.
The talented actor’s wife, acclaimed Spanish actress Elsa Pataky, took to Instagram to commemorate this special occasion with a sweet and lighthearted tribute to her beloved husband.
Pataky, 47, shared a beautiful photo of herself and Hemsworth at an event. The image captures a candid moment as Hemsworth reacts to something, with Pataky playfully capturing the moment.
“That’s exactly the face I made when I turned 40, my love. But don’t worry, it’s going to be alright! I’ll be here to hold your hand and share all my beauty secrets, even though you look better than ever. Happy birthday @chrishemsworth!” captioned Pataky in her Instagram post.
Hemsworth had previously celebrated Pataky’s 47th birthday in July, sharing a heartfelt slideshow of photos and videos featuring their beautiful moments together.
“Happy birthday to my partner in crime, love you always. Cheers to many more adventures, @elsapataky,” wrote Hemsworth.
Hemsworth and Pataky tied the knot in 2010 and are proud parents to three children: 11-year-old daughter India Rose and 9-year-old twin sons Tristan and Sasha, who celebrated their birthday in March.
The couple made the decision to move their family from Los Angeles to Australia, Hemsworth’s home country, in 2015.
Renowned for his portrayal of Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Hemsworth recently appeared in the successful Netflix action film Extraction 2.
