Catch revealed: Eurostar introduces affordable ski train to the French Alps with tickets starting at £99

Eurostar is introducing a new ski service to the French Alps for the upcoming winter season. Tickets will cost £99 for standard class and £149 for ‘standard premier’.

The service, called Eurostar Snow, will operate from London St Pancras International to the popular Tarentaise region in the French Alps. Passengers will be dropped off at Moutiers, Aime-la-Plagne, and Bourg-Saint-Maurice, which provide convenient access to 16 major ski resorts, including Meribel, Courchevel, La Plagne, Les Arcs, Tignes, and Val d’Isere.

However, there is one condition – the 830km (515-mile) journey entails changing trains at Lille in both directions.

The outbound train from London departs at 9.01am and arrives at the final stop, Bourg-Saint-Maurice, at 6.20pm, offering passengers convenient timings.

The return train leaves Bourg-Saint-Maurice at 8.26am and arrives in London at 4pm. Upon arrival in Lille, passengers will go through check-in, security, and immigration processes.
