Buddh International Circuit unveils the awe-inspiring future of motorcycles: MotoGP Bharat 2023

The inaugural MotoGP Bharat 2023 showcased the future of motorcycles as Ola Electric, India’s EV company, delivered an exhilarating performance at the Buddh International Circuit (BIC) in Noida. Sports enthusiasts from around the world gathered at Ola Electric’s booth in the Fanzone to witness the innovative motorcycle portfolio on display.

Marco Bezzecchi made history by winning the first MotoGP race in India, riding for the Mooney VR46 Racing Team. However, it was Ola Electric’s booth that stole the show, with its cutting-edge scooter models generating significant interest among motorsport enthusiasts. Ola Electric also championed sustainability by replacing conventional motorcycles with their S1 scooters for on-ground support activities and marshall assistance.

Expressing his joy, Anshul Khandelwal, CMO of Ola Electric, said, “The inaugural MotoGP Bharat will be remembered as a landmark moment for Indian motorsport, and we are thrilled to have been a part of this historic event.”

“Our collaboration with BIC couldn’t have come at a better time, and we are ecstatic about the overwhelming response our motorcycle portfolio has received at MotoGP Bharat.”

“Our portfolio epitomizes the true essence of motorcycles and reimagines every aspect of two-wheelers. At Ola, we are committed to transforming homegrown innovations into globally acclaimed products, firmly establishing India on the global map of EVs and motorcycles.”

Ola Electric’s motorcycle portfolio, which showcases the company’s exceptional engineering and design capabilities, features four top-notch models: Diamondhead, Adventure, Cruiser, and Roadsters.

With these bikes covering popular categories, Ola plans to further expand its portfolio, catering to consumer demands across various form factors and price points. The motorcycles are set to hit the market by the end of 2024, and pre-reservations are already underway.
