TBS has worked its final miracle. The cable network has decided to call it quits and cancel Miracle Workers after four seasons, marking the end of its live-action comedy lineup, as TVLine exclusively reports.

The cancellation comes just three months after the Season 4 finale, which aired on Aug. 28.
The show’s debut season featured Steve Buscemi as God and Daniel Radcliffe as a low-level angel. The following seasons explored the Dark Ages (Season 2) and the Oregon Trail (Season 3).
The fourth and final season, titled End Times, saw Buscemi, Radcliffe, Geraldine Viswanathan, Karan Soni, and Jon Bass taking on new roles in a dystopian future filled with radioactive mutants, killer robots, and a tyrannical homeowner’s association with excessive annual fees, according to the official description.
The ensemble also included guest stars Quinta Brunson from Abbott Elementary, Garcelle Beauvais from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle Mooney and Ego Nwodim from Saturday Night Live, Lolly Adefope from Shrill, Paul F. Tompkins from HouseBroken, and singer Lisa Loeb.
With the cancellation of Miracle Workers, American Dad — currently in its 18th season and renewed for a 19th cycle — remains the last scripted original on TBS.
