TMZ has confirmed that Usher has officially confirmed his participation in the halftime show.
Usher expressed his gratitude for the opportunity, stating, “It’s an honor of a lifetime to finally check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list. I can’t wait to bring the world a show unlike anything else they’ve seen from me before. Thank you to the fans and everyone who made this opportunity happen. I’ll see you real soon.” Usher is no stranger to Las Vegas, where he is currently performing a residency show until December, as reported by ABC News. Furthermore, this will not be Usher’s first time on the Super Bowl stage, as he previously joined the Black Eyed Peas during their halftime show in 2011.
