Body Language Expert Analyzes King Charles and the ‘Tragic’ Royals’ Struggle with ‘Factions’

Celebrate good times! Body language expert Judi James analyzed the royal family’s poses on the balcony during King Charles’ 75th birthday celebration, Trooping the Colour. James boldly described the composition as a “slimmed down” and disjointed pose, resembling a gappy smile. Unlike previous years, only working members of the royal family were allowed on the balcony, excluding Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, and Zara Tindall. James pointed out the apparent conflict between different factions within the family, with Anne and Tim standing awkwardly, William and Kate in a cordoned-off family group, Charles and Camilla in the center, and Edward and Sophie trying to connect with the Gloucesters at the other end. Compared to Queen Elizabeth II’s reign, the crowd on the balcony was much sparser, drawing attention to the notable absences, such as Prince Harry. James concluded that any sense of a “united family group” was lacking, and the gaps in the lineup appeared to tell tragic or murky tales. King Charles supports a slimmed-down monarchy, which excludes Prince Harry, aiming to cut costs and modernize the family’s image. The royal family has experienced tension in recent years, including Prince Andrew’s resignation due to his association with Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Harry’s revelations in his memoir. Despite the drama, there are indications that King Charles is eager to mend the rift with Prince Harry’s family, although they have yet to meet during Harry’s visits to the UK.
