Biden Promises America Will Be ‘The World’s Biggest Donor’ of Aid

President Biden urged Russia to end the war immediately, emphasizing that the independence and security of any nation are at risk if Ukraine is allowed to be divided. He called upon the international community to stand against aggression and deter potential aggressors.
The President also highlighted the importance of sovereignty, territorial integrity, and universal human rights, including the rights of LGBTQ individuals. He reiterated the United States’ commitment to responsible management of competition with China, aiming to avoid conflict and promote derisking rather than decoupling.
