The team suggests a public-private partnership between the company and the Indonesian government to make health records easily accessible and improve healthcare provision. Ateneo de Manila University, with their winning proposal, received a $10,000 cash prize. City University of Hong Kong came in second, and RMIT University Vietnam settled at third.
