Apple Bank is leaving its outdated location at 250 W. 23rd St. for a modern space at 278 Eighth Ave., a new 14-story rental apartment building developed by the Jemal family’s JJ Operating Inc. and Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners.
The new branch, spanning 2,800 square feet, will have high visibility in the Chelsea neighborhood, where Apple has 83 retail branches.
The building offers tenant amenities such as a rooftop terrace, fitness center, and bicycle room.
