LOS ANGELES — Actor Alan Ruck, famous for his roles in “Succession” and “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off,” found himself caught in a dramatic four-vehicle crash in Hollywood. The collision caused a pickup truck to collide with a pizzeria, as confirmed by law enforcement sources on Wednesday.

This incident took place around 9 p.m. on Tuesday near the intersection of LaBrea Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard. Emergency medical services were dispatched for two individuals, whose identities have not been disclosed publicly: a 40-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man.

The Los Angeles Police Department is currently conducting an investigation into the matter. As of now, representatives for the 67-year-old actor, Alan Ruck, have not been available for comment.

NBC Los Angeles has reported that security camera footage captures the pickup truck rear-ending a car at a stoplight, before colliding with a BMW SUV and eventually smashing into Raffallo’s Pizza.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, a 32-year-old male was transported to a hospital, although the extent of his injuries remains unknown.

Authorities have not clarified whether the injured man was a pedestrian or a passenger in one of the involved vehicles, as reported by NBC Los Angeles.

While Alan Ruck gained recent fame for his portrayal of Connor Roy in HBO’s popular series “Succession,” he is most recognized for his role as Ferris Bueller’s loyal friend, Cameron Frye, in the legendary 1986 John Hughes film “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.”
