Legal documents obtained by The Blast reveal that Alfallah (29) is seeking “reasonable visitation” for their baby Roman Pacino from Al Pacino (83).
In June, Pacino’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, confirmed to the UK Independent that the actor and his partner had a new son without revealing the exact date of birth.
Alfallah, a film producer who was first linked romantically to Al Pacino last year, has also requested joint legal custody, which would grant the actor involvement in important decisions regarding their child’s education and medical treatment.
The requested sum for child support was not disclosed in the initial filing.
According to court records, the couple signed a Voluntary Declaration of Parentage (VDOP) after Roman’s birth to legally establish parentage, which holds the same weight as a court-issued judgment in Los Angeles County.
Recent reports suggest that the couple has split following negotiations over their child’s custody.

Last year, Alfallah and Pacino sparked relationship rumors after being spotted together in West Hollywood. Sources later confirmed to Page Six that they had been quietly dating since the start of the pandemic.
In May 2023, it was announced that the couple was expecting their first child together, making it Pacino’s fourth child and Alfallah’s first.
On June 7, Pacino addressed Alfallah’s pregnancy in a video obtained by The Daily Mail. When asked about his excitement, he responded, “It’s very special. It always has been. I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time.”
Pacino has a 33-year-old daughter named Julie Marie with his ex-girlfriend Jan Tarrant and 22-year-old twins named Anton and Olivia with actor Beverly D’Angelo, whom he dated from 1997 to 2003.
