Adele Rejects Sylvester Stallone’s Offer on LA Mansion Purchase Due to Absence of ‘Rocky’ Statue

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Sylvester Stallone shared an interesting story about how the iconic statue from his film “Rocky” influenced Adele’s decision to purchase his $58 million mansion in California. Initially, Stallone had planned to take the poolside statue with him when he moved out, but Adele insisted on keeping it as part of the deal, saying that it was a deal-breaker. Stallone agreed, and Adele happily bought the luxurious estate.

Since purchasing the mansion in February 2022, Adele has been busy renovating it while Stallone relocated to Palm Beach, Florida. Stallone expressed his admiration for Adele’s efforts in making the property even more beautiful.

Stallone became famous for his role as Rocky Balboa in the 1976 blockbuster film “Rocky” and went on to star in six films in the franchise. It seems that Adele is a big fan of the franchise, as she not only bought Stallone’s mansion but also posed for a photo outside the property with her boyfriend, Rich Paul.

The mansion boasts impressive features such as a cinema room, cigar room with a custom-built bar, eight-stall garage, infinity pool, spa, and an art studio. Stallone built the house from the ground up after purchasing the 3.5-acre lot in 1994.

Adele reportedly took out a $38 million mortgage for the property, with monthly payments of $227,000 over 30 years. However, considering her estimated net worth of $220 million, the price tag is not a concern. Paul, her boyfriend, is also financially secure with a net worth of $55 million.

Adele confirmed her relationship with Rich Paul in July 2021 after finalizing her divorce from Simon Konecki. The couple has been happily settling into their new home.
