Scientists Uncover Precise Workout Regimen That Can Decrease Risk of Premature Death by Up to 50%





















A major study has revealed the precise amount of exercise required to optimize life expectancy.

Researchers from Spain, Australia, Canada, and Denmark analyzed the medical records and survey responses of over half a million healthy American adults above 18 years old.

They examined death records from 2019 to determine the ideal timing and type of exercise for reducing the risk of various causes of death.

The study found that a combination of moderate and intense cardiovascular exercise, supplemented with weight training, significantly lowered the risk of early death from any cause.

The optimal weekly exercise routine involved 1 hour and 15 minutes of moderate exercise like brisk walking, at least 2.5 hours of vigorous exercise such as running or swimming, and at least 2 sessions of muscle-strengthening activity like weightlifting.

Following this routine led to a 50% lower risk of death from any cause.
