The night kicked off with a surprise opening song number and Leaders’ Parade, led by Managing Director Danilo S. Chiong and the Watsons’ Leadership team, joyfully singing Barry Manilow’s hit, “Can’t Smile Without You.” The new Watsons hymn was also introduced during the awards night. The DARE Forum, spearheaded by Watsons’ Chief Operating Officer, Jefferson Go, offered a thought-provoking discussion on the milestones Watsons achieved during the pandemic. It also offered a roadmap on how the brand intends to move forward, following their D-ifferent, A-nywhere, R-elationship, E-xperience approach.
Winners of the night included Grand Awards recipients, including Beauty IFace Inc., Genson Distribution Inc., and Unilever Philippines, Inc., and Grand Awards for Health recipients, including Unilab, Inc., Glaxosmithkline Consumer Health Philippines and Zuellig Pharma Corporation. Other top honorees included major awards for both Beauty and Health categories and a host of special awards for various beauty sectors.
