After purchasing the impressive 10,600-square-foot property in 2018 for $26.5 million from real estate investor Kurt Rappaport, the 37-year-old entrepreneur is now seeking $32 million for the stunning abode.
The five-bedroom, nine-bathroom home, located at 1375 N. Doheny Drive in the Hollywood Hills, is a true masterpiece. Every room is meticulously designed, showcasing exquisite details and high-quality materials. Aaron Kirman of AKG Christie’s International Real Estate, who is listing the property, described it as “like unwrapping a Tiffany box over and over again.”
Originally built in 1936, the house boasts double-height ceilings and an abundance of natural light.
