$32M LA Mansion Listed by Tinder Co-founder Sean Rad

Sean Rad, the co-founder of the popular dating app Tinder, is looking to sell his luxurious California estate. After purchasing the impressive 10,600-square-foot property in 2018 for $26.5 million from real estate investor Kurt Rappaport, the 37-year-old entrepreneur is now seeking $32 million for the stunning abode.

The five-bedroom, nine-bathroom home, located at 1375 N. Doheny Drive in the Hollywood Hills, is a true masterpiece. Every room is meticulously designed, showcasing exquisite details and high-quality materials. Aaron Kirman of AKG Christie’s International Real Estate, who is listing the property, described it as “like unwrapping a Tiffany box over and over again.”

Originally built in 1936, the house boasts double-height ceilings and an abundance of natural light. Its unique and tasteful aesthetic has gained attention over the years, earning it a spot on the cover of Architectural Digest. Jane Hallworth of Hallworth Design, who collaborated with Rad on the property, emphasized her “catholic tastes and dexterity in moving between traditional and modern idioms” in an interview with the magazine.

The estate includes impressive features such as an outdoor fireplace, a pool, and a wine cellar in the lower level. The kitchen, adorned with marble and bronze accents, opens up to a charming courtyard. Other amenities include a home theater and a “5-star resort-inspired” primary suite with a balcony, a Breccia Capraia marble bathroom, and a spacious dressing room.

Interestingly, Rad also made headlines in 2021 when he purchased a Bel-Air compound previously owned by the late actress Yvette Mimieux for $35 million. As he seeks a buyer for his Hollywood Hills estate, it remains to be seen what the future holds for this entrepreneurial and real estate-savvy individual.

For inquiries and comments, The Post attempted to reach out to Tinder for a statement regarding Rad’s decision to sell his property.
